At iGuru Services, we aim for complete customer satisfaction. We respect our customers’ rights and strive to comply with best practices and all relevant laws. In certain cases and within specific limits, a refund may be permitted.

If you are not satisfied with any of our services or have any questions, please contact our customer services department at support@iguruservices.com and have your invoice ready. We will do our best to resolve your issue. We are proud of the reputation we have built for our services.

If a refund is requested, please submit a written explanation for the request within 15 calendar days of payment. The request must be made by email to: support@iguruservices.com. If any work has been performed on at least one device, a seventy-nine dollar ($79) processing fee will be retained.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued (minus the $79.00 fee) to the same method of original payment. It may take up to 2 to 4 weeks for the refund to be processed.

If you wish to withdraw from a long-term contract, a written explanation must be submitted within 180 days of the signed contract. Send the request to: support@iguruservices.com. A minimum processing fee of seventy-nine dollars ($79) will be retained, along with an additional fee for each service call performed since the contract began.
